Note: Purchasing a digital license grants one ensemble the right to print as many copies as necessary for rehearsal and performance, for use by one ensemble only, in perpetuity.  You will receive your licensed PDF (including score and parts) by email within 3 business days. 

Observation is an open instrumentation canon for 5 to 25 performers.  The canon slowly builds layers of shifting rhythm and harmony, growing and ebbing in energy.  There’s an additional “pulse” part to provide added depth.  Parts for the canon are provided in all standard clefs and transpositions, and can be played by any instrument or singer in any octave.
